Spicy Prawn Soup


  • ½ tablespoon coriander leaves


  1. In a saucepan, boil chicken stock, add prawns head and then take them out
  2. Add lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and galangal
  3. Add prawns, cover and simmer for a few minutes
  4. Add mushrooms. Simmer for another few more minutes
  5. Remove from stove, season with fish sauce, lime juice, red chilies and shrimp pasteGarnish with coriander leaves
